Hello, I really like your blog. Blue color is also my favourite color. I wanted to go to Spain, but after seeing your travel blog. I found Portugal is also a nice place to go. Unluckily, I only have 10-day leave because of my job. What's your opinion if I need to choose either Spain or Portugal ? I think I don't have enough time to go to these two places in 10 days. hola... spain is a big country. if you have limited time, it's impossible to see everything. you need to focus on what especially interest you (arts, flamenco and sunshine, monuments or history?!) if you like arts, spend at least one week in barcelona. if you like flamenco and sunshine coast, spend at least one week in Andalucia (south spain). if you like history and monuments..... leave it to next time (ha~) it's possible to see portugal in 10 days though. however, it's very different from spain :) anyways, have a good time and pay special attention to your wallet, and camera.... haha :)

hi, this is Celia again. Need your advice. This is my itinerary. Do you have any comments? Also, I can't find any infor on bus/ train transportation in Portugal. Do you know their website? I don't have any specific things that I must need to see in my trip. Hi celia, you have squeezed too many things in only a few days. below are missions impossible: 1) Lisboa --> Porto normally 4 hours by bus. 8 hours round trip. you don't have time to enjoy both cities. you need at least 1 full day for Lisboa 2) Lisbon --> Sintra-> Cabo da Roca--> Cascais --> Lisbon (very little time in each village, besides the transportation between sintra and cabo da roca is very limited) 3) Lisboa --> Sevilla (8 hour by bus or train) 4) Sevilla --> Cordoba --> Sevilla (possible, but, don't you want to see Sevilla?!) 5) Granda --> Barcelona (8 hours by train) 6) only one day in Barcelona? i would recommend at least 3 days :) so far, i can't give you any adivce but to cut a few places.... really.... it's too much for such a short trip :) here are all the information i have on hand, hope you find it useful: http://www.ivebeenthere.co.uk/places/portugal/lisbon/index.jsp http://www.portoturismo.pt/ http://www.rede-expressos.pt/ http://www.avanzabus.com http://www.askmelisboa.com/

I tried the website Vueling.com/EN/index.php, there are no flights from Lisboa to Sevilla. Do I need to take the night train - the only way ? : (

best way from Lisboa to Sevilla: Lisboa --> Faro (3.5 hours by bus) Faro --> Sevilla (4 hours by bus) you can stop in faro for a few hours bus schedule: check out AutoRes ps. 1 try seaching for flights to Jerez, this city is only 1 hour from sevilla :) ps. 2 yeah i just searched vueling. they have lisboa -- jerez !!! :)

真感激不盡 (中文打得超慢, 都要打這一句) i checked that there is no flight available in Apr/May/Jun fr Lisboa to Jerez via VUE. I tried another one (TAP), there is flight fr Lisboa to Sevilla. But not sure if they are reliable. Not many people recommend it. I'll study harder to get more info, may I ask u later if i have questions ?? thouand thanks. Celia

I think it's safe. TAP is the national airline of Portugal ... like china airline vs Taiwan, cathay pacific vs Hongkong, and sometimes TAP even offer free bus ride from airport to city center :) ps, i've never tried this company though...

你好... 哇... 硬生生要在本來就很緊奏的行程中塞進 madeira，好像並不容易耶 day 6, 7, 8 看起來怪怪的，是敲錯了嗎... porto --> madrid Ryanair 有直飛喔，這樣就多出兩天了 如果巴塞隆納少一天，三天時間可以非常緊湊地玩一下 madeira 不過，我還是覺得四天三夜會比較充裕喔 :)

謝謝你給我的意見! 不好意思, 678的幾天是打錯了...hee....真的很緊湊嗎？我還以為自已安排的行程剛好吶～ 真的，要硬塞進去的話，必須刪一些地點，以下是行程我嘗試修改了, 里斯本變成只有半天的時間，還有Day 7的大半天都在交通上..... 1. 還是我不要太貪心，在Porto & Madeira任選一比較好？這兩個地方你覺得哪個比較值得遊？ 2. 我們倆人都有一個30"的行李箱, 這也是我考慮行程的因素之一, 例如坐大巴去Porto能帶大件行李嗎？ 3. Hola... lisbon 我個人很喜歡，去了三次呢 我是認為 lisbon 至少要有一天半 (如果要去 belem 的話)，porto 一天可以很悠閒 lisbon <--> porto 巴士要 3 小時，西葡的巴士帶大行李是 OK 的，都可以托運 madeira 我們當初有租車三天 (不清楚有沒有自排)，但山路非常非常難開，Jorge 算是常開山路的人，還是會常常熄火。不過當地巴士網非常普及，沒開車的人還可參加遊客中心的一日遊 (分成東和西兩個行程，兩天剛好全部看完) 至於怎麼取捨，端看個人喜好囉 :)
