早上同事兼好友轉寄來一段文字，很有感覺，再加上幾個朋友遲遲無法走出生命中的低潮，便很雞婆的寫下自己的想法，轉寄給他們。順手貼在這兒，希望大家都能找到、或成為自己的心靈捕手 ^^
Subject: A Strong Woman vs A Woman of Strength
i think this applies to everyone?! not only woman, but also man ...
especially those who took life as a burden.
上個月跟友台Ocean Blue台長去看了兩部紀錄片：維格妮的撿拾風情part I & II。
導演維格妮訪問了法國境內許許多多以撿拾為生的人（撿破爛、撿剩菜蔬果）
不要以為他們是生活窮困才這麼做
也許一部分是，但不少人卻是抱著不要暴殄天物的心態
有的人廢物利用，成了藝術家，進而改善了自己的生活
其中一個談吐不凡，甚至擁有生物碩士學位
白天在車站附近幫公益團體賣報紙
晚上在他住的貧民公寓地下室開班授課，免費教法文
三餐都在菜市場撿拾剩菜，是個素食者
而且只要能走路，絕不坐車
他覺得這樣的生活充實愉快，並不想做什麼改變
'cause he is healthy, body and soul
印象最深刻的還有一個非洲裔撿拾者
當導演問他：『你這樣不會太辛苦嗎？會不會覺得自己命不好？』
他回答：『no, never..... 』
他說：絕不能怨天尤人，偶而還要自嘲一下，自娛娛人
'cause life is a blessing
工作生活總難免會有低潮，我也常會有心情不好的時候
fortunately, i'm a good self-mentor
從小就喜歡講冷笑話給自己聽... 哈哈哈哈
我不知道說這些有沒有用，因為我的方法不見得適用於其他人
但何不各方面嘗試，找出最適合自己的方法，解開心結
也許只有自己，才能點化你自己
即使解不開，也無所謂啊，還有我嘛~

A Strong Woman vs A Woman of Strength:
A strong woman works out every day to keep her body in shape...
but a woman of strength builds relationships to keep her soul in shape.
A strong woman isn't afraid of anything...
but a woman of strength shows courage in the midst of her fear.
A strong woman won't let anyone get the best of her...
but a woman of strength gives the best of herself to everyone.
A strong woman makes mistakes and avoids the same in the future...
a woman of strength realizes life's mistakes can also be unexpected blessings and capitalizes on them.
A strong woman wears a look of confidence on her face...
but a woman of strength wears grace.
A strong woman has faith that she is strong enough for the journey...
but a woman of strength has faith that it is in the journey that she will become strong.
Pass this on to a GREAT WOMAN... I just did.
"I can handle anything that life throws at me - I may not be able to handle it well, or correctly, or gracefully, or with finesse, or expediently-but I will handle it."
Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we are here we might as well dance.
